PAYMENT AND PRICES
· We accept international payments only through PayPal system. Clients from Lithuania can pay for the ordered goods both through PayPal and bank transfer.
· The order will be processed only once paid.
· The invoice will be sent to the client by e-mail.
· When the product is shipped outside the EU it can be subject to VAT, import duties and/or other taxes. Please contact your local customs for more detailed information.
· COPIE.lt does not encalculate and does not pay any import duties or other fees related the receipt of the products in the country of the recipient.

USE AND PRIVACY POLICY
· For settlements we use PayPal system, PayPal automatically encodes your confidential information.
· We will not disclose any personal information of yours to the third parties for except of the cases provided in in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
· When using the services of COPIE.lt you agree with all the provisions of the rules.
· COPIE.lt can change these rules at any time without a prior notice.

DELIVERY OF THE GOODS AND DELIVERY PRICES
· The paid and produced orders are sent from Monday to Friday (for except of holidays and days off) from our head office in Vilnius.
· All the orders are sent by registered air mail (www.post.lt)
· The orders are sent only to the address given in PayPal account.
· International delivery takes from 8 to 30 days.
· COPIE.lt fulfills its obligations when the post officer registers the shipment (gives it a code). We do not compensate for the shipments lost because of faulty address, thefts or actions of customs and/or other governmental organizations.
· When the product is shipped outside the EU it can be subject to VAT, import duties and/or other taxes. Please contact your local customs for more detailed information.
· COPIE.lt does not encalculate and does not pay any import duties or other fees related the receipt of the products in the country of the recipient.
· Delivery cost depends on the weight of a shipment and will be specified in the PayPal account.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN
· We want our customers to be happy with the clothes created by COPIE.lt and therefore we will change the product of unsuitable quality if it has fabric or sewing damage.
· The product has to be returned in the original COPIE.lt package in case it was used.
· The buyer understands and agrees that the colour of the received product may be different from the colour in the photograph of the product due to the different setting of monitors, computers, eyes or moods. Claims regarding such discrepancies of colours or shades are not accepted.
· The number of fabrics and items is limited. It is not a mass production. In case you want to return the item or exchange it into analoguous one but the fabric is out of stock we can always offer you to make the same garment from another fabric or return the money. Claims regarding the quality are accepted only within 14 days since the receipt of the shipment in the country of the Buyer.
· The buyer has to inform COPIE.lt about his/her intention to return the purchased item and the reasons of return by sending an e-mail to info@copie.lt
· Delivery costs of the returned item are paid by the buyer or the person returning the item.
· The buyer must return the item by the registered post (www.post.lt, usps.com, etc.) and inform COPIE.lt of the parcels code.
· The buyer takes the responsibility and risk for the loss and/or damage of the item during the shipping.
